These Terms of Use govern access to tondedredg.quest and use of services provided by Tondedredg Escape at 1842 Blake Street, Suite 200, Denver, CO 80202. By using this website or participating in our escape rooms, you agree to these terms.
All bookings require a deposit. Prices are subject to change. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session receive a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit deposits as described on our Bookings page.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before entering a room. Players under 18 require a guardian's signature. We reserve the right to refuse entry to intoxicated or disruptive participants without refund.
Escape room activities involve physical movement, low lighting, and simulated stress scenarios. Participants assume all inherent risks. Tondedredg Escape is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow game master instructions, except where liability cannot be limited under Colorado law.
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or reproduce content without permission. Information on this site is provided as-is without warranties.
All room designs, puzzles, website content, and branding are owned by Tondedredg Escape. Recording devices are prohibited inside escape rooms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
